This automated system allows you to change your Penn College system passwords (one or multiple) to a password you supply. Because you do not need your current password to use this system, you will be prompted to provide identifying information and to answer your Personal Security Question, which you established previously in EIS or SIS.

If you did not establish a Personal Security Question, or if you cannot supply the correct answer to the question, you will not be able to change your password using this system.

Students and Employees attempting to change their network password (also used for e-mail, myPCT Portal, PLATO) must visit the IT Service Desk in LEC B1032 or call (570) 329-4848.

If the password change is successful, you will receive a confirmation message in your Penn College e-mail account. (The confirmation e-mail will NOT contain the new password, nor will it require you to take any further action.)
