Certificate login error
An error occurred while trying to perform client certificate login. Possible causes:
- certificate login process was cancelled,
- no support for client certificate login in your browser,
- no proper client certificates installed in your browser or operating system,
- use of client certificate issued for an old account name.
If you recently changed your account name, please generate a new certificate.
In order to use client certificate login you must obtain the certificate and configure your browser:
- generate and download a certificate from eLogin
- Internet Explorer, Google Chrome (Windows) – these browsers use certificates installed in Windows operating system,
- Google Chrome (Android) – in order to use client certificates, please follow instructions displayed by the browser to install it,
- Mozilla Firefox – documentation on certificate configuration for Mozilla software,
- Opera – documentation on certificate configuration for Opera browser.
