In the wake of the amazing run that the Knights had this year, Lonnie Lewis, co-editor of The Equinox, invited FDU Interim President Michael Avaltroni for the first interview in our SUB newsroom streaming studio.
“[The value of a university education] is the greatest secret we need to get out really quickly,” said Avaltroni in a wide-ranging chat. The conversation started with AI, then went to the basketball season, and the message FDU is sending after the heightened national interest in the school.
“This is who we are, we are all-in on it,” he said. “If you want to be a part of it, come join us. There is a world for you that will be transformational. If you are willing to take a chance on us, we are more than willing to take a chance on you.”
