Human Genetic Tests: This directory contains the following files for submission of human genetic tests.

Full test Excel submission template

gtr_full_test_submission_template.xlsx

You can use this template to bulk upload human genetic tests to GTR. This form supports all fields for GTR test registration and once uploaded and validated, tests will be automatically submitted to the GTR.

This spreadsheet includes comments to explain each cell and pull-down menus. A red triangle in the upper right of a cell indicates there is a comment. Hover over this comment to see abbreviated instructions. Some cells have a listing of allowed terms that displays when you click on the cell and then on the gray arrow at the right of the cell.

Semi-automatic Excel submission template

gtr_test_submission_template.xlsx

You can use this template to bulk upload tests containing the minimal submission fields for a GTR test. Test information for the remaining fields can be added interactively after the spreadsheet is validated and processed. At this time, you will have the opportunity to review how your file was processed; you must still submit each test interactively after you edit and review.

Standards for XML-based submission

Files:

Currently, XML submission for test data is not supported.

The numeral in the GTRSubmission.0.xsd files indicates the version of the xsd. The GTRSubmission.0.xml file is a sample submission file that validates against the corresponding xsd.
