From 1:00 p.m. until 1:05 p.m. on Monday, June 24th, the Ambler Campus experienced a network outage that effected both wired and wireless connections. This issue has been resolved.

Information Technology Services has been notified by HP that they have discovered an issue causing HP-managed devices to be unresponsive while displaying a 49.38.03 error. An HP technician needs to address a device with this error. We ask that departments with a managed HP device receiving this error call HP based on the contact information on the device.
Information Technology Services will continue to work with HP to address this issue until resolution.
