A lost login can be sent by SMS or email, provided you have filled in personal contact information.
A lost password can be changed using a verification code which is sent to one of your personal contact information, after verification :
- INE code and date of birth if you are a student, a doctoral student or a continuing education trainee
- answers to secret questions if you are not a student, a doctoral student or a continuing education trainee
Once you receive this code, use it in the I have received a 6-digit validation code section of the application homepage : MonCompte
You are, or were, a student, a doctoral student or a continuing education trainee enrolled at the UPPA
On the application homepage (
MonCompte), select
I am or I have been a student, a doctoral student or a continuing education trainee enrolled at the UPPA,
fill in the form and follow the procedure.
If you have not filled in any personal contact information, you can do so after confirming your
INE code and your
date of birth.
Students, doctoral students or continuing education trainees enrolled at the UPPA are therefore completely autonomous to retrieve their account.
You are not a student, a doctoral student or a continuing education trainee enrolled at the UPPA
On the application homepage (
MonCompte), select
I have or I have had a status other than student, doctoral student, or continuing education trainee enrolled at the UPPA,
fill in the form and follow the procedure.
If you have not entered any personal contact information, you cannot retrieve your login.
If you have not selected and answered any secret questions either, you cannot change your password automatically ;
in this case you must submit a request to retrieve your ID or password, which will have to be processed by someone from the university.
To retrieve your lost account on your own, it is therefore essential that you fill in your personal contact information and answer secret questions.
