Use your internet login name (same as your email address).
Rules for the new password:
- must contain lowercase letters, uppercase letters and digits or special characters (e.g. + - * / ? %)
- must be at least 12 characters long
- must not contain the user's first or last name
- must not be the same as one of the ten previous passwords
- should not contain accented characters
- cannot contain more than 2 consecutive characters from the account name
