Abstract

Navigating the digital journey in healthcare is marked by both challenges and opportunities. Hall Green Health (HGH), a large family practice in Birmingham, UK, represents an innovative model for digital transformation in general practice. This paper explores HGH's journey towards becoming a digitally advanced healthcare provider, focusing on its strategies, interventions, patient engagement, and reputation management. Through an analysis of the practice's initiatives and outcomes, the paper highlights the potential of digital tools and approaches to enhance healthcare delivery and patient experience. Insights from this study may serve as valuable guidance for other practices aiming to embrace the future of digital healthcare.
