Abstract
心肌缺血再灌注损伤是缺血心肌恢复血流灌注过程中心肌细胞进一步损伤、坏死和凋亡的现象，严重影响冠状动脉血流再通术患者预后。氧化应激是介导心肌缺血再灌注损伤发生发展的重要机制之一，使用抗氧化剂清除活性氧可有效缓解氧化应激、减轻心肌缺血再灌注损伤。纳米抗氧化剂是一种新型抗氧化剂，相较于传统抗氧化剂，可改善治疗药物药代动力学和药效学性能，提高治疗效果，减少副作用，具有良好临床应用前景。该文就纳米抗氧化剂在心肌缺血再灌注损伤治疗中的最新研究进展进行综述。.
