CAR Development

CAR is a key component of CAR-T cell therapy. Creative Biogene has extensive experience in CAR candidate development and build design. We offer a diverse range of scFv solutions, either by building CARs from customer antibody sequences or by generating entire constructs from mouse monoclonal antibodies or fully human single-chain variable antibody fragments (scFv) from existing libraries. In addition, our phage demonstration and scFv high-throughput screening platform can accelerate the development of CAR-T cell therapies.

T Cell Activation and Expansion

Creative Biogene mimics the dual signaling effect of T cell activation by stimulating T cells in vitro with a combination of antibodies to CD3 and CD28. This is the most widely used method to perform T-cell activation and expansion, and can effectively support our customers' CAR-T cell development process.

Lentiviral Packaging

The lentiviral vector used to transduce CAR into T cells is a key raw material in the production process of CAR-T cells. The capacity, cost and quality of lentiviral scale up production will directly affect the final therapeutic application of CAR-T products in all aspects. CAR-T Cell Expansion
