DrugPort Structures of drugs and their target proteins in the PDB
These pages provide an analysis of the structural information available in the Protein Data Bank (PDB) relating to drug molecules and their protein targets. the drug-target data comes from the DrugBank database. You can search the entries by identifier, test or by protein sequence, or you can use the browse options in the menu on the left.
Enter DrugBank id, UniProt accession code or keywords - eg DB00996, P00519, aspirin,
diabetes, imatinib, etc.
