Micromachines Receives an Updated Impact Factor of 3.0 and CiteScore of 5.2

We are pleased to share that Micromachines (ISSN: 2072-666X) was awarded an updated Impact Factor of 3.0 in the 2023 Journal Citation Reports™ released by Clarivate in June 2024. Micromachines ranks Q2 (26 among 76 titles) in the “Instruments and Instrumentation” category, Q3 (84 among 140 titles) in the “Nanoscience and Nanotechnology” category, Q2 (41 among 106 titles) in the “Chemistry, Analytical” category, Q2 (67 among 179 titles) in the “Physics, Applied” category.

Additionally, according to data released by Scopus (Elsevier), Micromachines received an updated CiteScore™ of 5.2, an increase of 10.64% compared with the 2022 metric.

Micromachines’ CiteScore ranks are as follows:

  • Q2 (174 out of 672 journals) in the “Mechanical Engineering” category;
  • Q2 (96 out of 321 journals) in the “Control and Systems Engineering” category;
  • Q2 (252 out of 797 journals) in the “Electrical and Electronic Engineering” category.
