LOM NRW
The faculty receives an annual amount of funding from the NRW Ministry of Innovation, Science, and Research, to help finance its work in research and teaching.
The contribution currently amounts to 95 million euros. 20 percent of this is distributed among the seven medical faculties in NRW, that is Aachen, Bochum, Bonn, Düsseldorf, Essen, Cologne, Münster, according to the following criteria:
- Percentage of female professors and academic staff
- External funding spending
- Publications
- Teaching achievements
