Human Insulin Resistance and Thiazolidinedione-Mediated Insulin Sensitization

(Submitter supplied) Cellular and tissue defects associated with insulin resistance are coincident with transcriptional abnormalities and are improved after insulin sensitization with thiazolidinedione (TZD) PPARĪ³ ligands.
