Akt activation in the murine prostate during early postnatal development in wild-type (Wt) and MPAKT (murine prostate restricted Akt kinase transgenic) mice. Tissue sections from ventral prostates (VP) of Wt at 0.3 wk and transgenic (Tg-Akt) mice at the age of 0.3, 1.5, 2.3, 3.5, 4, 5 and 7 wk were stained with anti-S473.
