Adhesion of T lymphocyte subsets to monolayers of colonic epithelial cell lines. ⁵¹Cr-labelled T cells or T cell subsets (0.5–2 × 10⁵) were added in triplicate to wells containing monolayers of the epithelial cell lines HT-29 and T-84.
