Kinetic map of the compounds with a detectable residence time. Within the kinetic map, the koff rate and thereby the residence time is plotted on the y axis, whereas the kon rate is plotted on the x axis. Compounds with an identical Kd (Kd = koff/kon) lie on the same diagonal line. Arrows indicate that compounds with a low affinity are located in the upper left part of the kinetic map, whereas compounds with a higher affinity are located in the lower right part of the kinetic map. Compounds with a shorter residence time (residence time = 1/koff) are located above compounds with a longer residence time.
