The urogenital complex was sectioned into 5 different regions, from the seminal vesicles (section A) to the ventral prostate (section E), paraffin embedded and stained with hematoxylin and eosin as described in Materials and Methods. On the right is a urogenital complex from an affected male showing evidence of tumour arising in the right lobe of the seminal vesicle (section A).
