Recombinant cGAS protein synthesizes cGAMP(2′–5′) in the presence of poly(rA):poly(dT) hybrids

RP-HPLC chromatograms showing the presence of cGAMP(2′–5′) after incubation of recombinant cGAS protein for 90 min in the presence of ATP and GTP with different ligands.
