Multiple linear regression analysis was calculated to predict the percentage of change in fitness levels {i.e., COD (seconds), anaerobic power variables (watts), and workload parameter (A.U.)} based on accumulated workload parameters, baseline fitness levels, and the peak height velocity soccer player.
