Information for all Speakers @ CCS 2016
Slides:
Please have in mind that the lecture halls are very large and prepare your slides accordingly (font size, amount of content on each slide) – the people in the last row should be able to read them. Please format your slides in 4:3.
Talk:
Each technical presentation in the main conference is scheduled for 30 minutes including 5 minutes for questions.
Each lecture hall will be equipped with a Microsoft laptop that you may use for your presentation; Microsoft Office and Adobe Reader will be installed. Technical support will be available 15 minutes before each session. Before your session starts, you can hand a USB drive with your slides to our technical support team. If you want to use your own device, please bring a VGA adapter (no adapters available at the venue). Please make sure to be on time so that we can check if everything works.
Recording: By default, all presentations held between Tue, 25/10 and Thur, 27/10 will be recorded and uploaded to the internet (audio and slides). OPT OUT: Please send us an e-mail if you DO NOT want your talk to be recorded.

Poster design:
- Preferred (maximum) Size: DIN A0 – which is 841x1189mm or 33.1×46.8 inches (details)
- Preferred structure: Vertical
Point and time of delivery: Please print your poster before the conference and drop it at the registration desk at CCS 2016. We need to receive all posters at the registration desk until 14:30 (after lunch break) on Tuesday, October 25, 2016!
