Valencian Landscape Photography Competition

The 8th edition of this contest, with the theme ‘Landscapes of Natural Parks’ is now open until 16 September.
The submission period for the 8th edition of the Valencian Landscape Photography Competition is now open. This year’s theme is ‘Landscapes of Natural Parks’. The primary objective of this competition is to award the photographs that best reflect the rich nature, landscapes and culture of Valencian natural parks – images that exhibit the most representative ecosystems and habitats, their biodiversity and the plurality of the landscapes of these natural spaces. Awards will also be given to the photographs that demonstrate cultural elements and showcase the heritage originated throughout human history, including windmills, forts, monasteries, channels, etc. In short, snapshots that show the intersection between nature and culture, highlighting the value of these spaces that deserve to be protected for their environmental, cultural and aesthetic qualities.
The competition is open to anyone over the age of 18, with the exception of the cases outlined in article 23 of Law 40/2015 of 1 October on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector.
The submission period will end on 16 September 2024.
The following prizes will be awarded: First prize of €500, second prize of €300, and third prize of €200.
