Student Fee includes:
*** Participants registering as a student must provide an official letter from the head of their department to support their student rate.

Video and E-poster Presentation Fee includes:
- The abstract will be published in the conference proceeding book
- A certificate of participation
- E-Posters will be displayed on the website (E-poster)
- Each Video Presenter will have a 15-20 min slot at the conference scientific program (Video Presentation)
- The registration fee does not include physical participation.
For Accompanying Person:
- Entry pass for the opening ceremony
- Coffee break during the conference
- Lunch during the conference

Which currencies are acceptable for registration fee payment?
The committee has the option of processing registration in USD, Euros, GBP and INR.
Does registration price include accommodation as well?
NO. If you are willing to get accommodated from our end, you need to register under Package A or Package B category. You can also write to us through email or whatsapp (+917995926709) to get more clarity.
I have booked accommodation with conference organizer; can they accommodate my wife and children?
Yes. While going for the hotel reservation they can opt for double or triple occupancy bedroom by paying some extra amount.
Does Episirus Scientifica accept registrations from all countries?
Yes. Episirus Scientifica does not have any country restrictions. We believe in the ideology of ‘Education For All’.
Do I need to bring a printed ticket?
No, you do not require to bring a printed copy of your payment receipt. You can carry Soft copy of the payment receipt in your mobile phone.
How will I get confirmation after registration?
Upon registration you will receive a detailed payment receipt within 24-48 hrs.
Are meals included in the conference registration fee?
Lunch and refreshments are included in the conference registration fee for the conference days. If accommodation is reserved from our end, complimentary breakfast will be provided as per accommodation type (double/triple).
How are name badges provided to the attendees?
Badges along with lanyards will be provided at the registration desk on Day 1 of the conference.
