"Dr. Obasi is by far the worst psychiatrist I have ever had any experience with. He continuously prescribed me the incorrect medication for a bipolar patient with major insomnia, acted like you were wasting his time each visit (my longest meeting with him was 3 mins). He then denied me any other source of medication because I obtained a medical cannabis card & would’ve rather have me smoking marijuana illegally to be prescribed than legally. He told me I shouldn’t need meds, and that I’ll have to figure out how to live my life without them... let me reiterate, I am bipolar. I will never be seeing this psychiatrist again & I believe he should be fired, at minimum re-evaluated as a psychiatrist. He should not be working in this field. Anyone looks for a psychiatrist who wants to get real help... he is NOT the person for that."
