Tuition fee/Student's Union fee

As long as you study, you must pay the prescribed tuition fee/Students' Union fee each semester within the payment period. In the first semester, you complete the admission procedure by paying the fee. In later semesters you thereby re-register for your degree programme.

If you are currently attending the University Preparation Programme of the Vienna Universities (VWU), you 

  • first pay the course fee at the VWU and afterwards 
  • the Students' Union fee at the University of Vienna.
