To identify the downstream signaling pathways that contribute to proliferation and migration of human retinal microvascular endothelial cells by PGF2a Overall design: Human retinal microvascular endothelial cells (HRMECs) were purchased from Cell Biologics. Cells were treated in culture for 6 hours with DMSO or prostaglandin F2a in biological triplicates.
