Title Transcriptome alterations of murine brown adipose tissue during cold exposure

Summary We analyzed coding transcript abundance in interscapular brown adipose tissue of mice acclimated to room temperature or 5°C (6h, 24h or 48h).
 
Overall design We sequenced total RNA from interscapular brown fat from 13 male C57BL/6J mice exposed to room temperature (n=4) or 5°C for 6h (n=3), 24h (n=3) or 48h (n=3).
