Regarding the income quintiles, according to the source, there are five quintiles and each one contains 20% of households. To calculate quintiles, the total number of households is ordered from lowest to highest according to the value of their per capita income, and then households are classified according to their location. For example, the first households that are located in the lowest 20% of income corresponds to the first quintile, and the fifth quintile is made up of the 20% of households with the highest income.
