Satisfaction with selected SVOD services in the U.S. 2021-2023
According to a survey conducted in mid-2023, the SVOD service U.S. people were most satisfied with was the relaunched platform Max (formerly HBO Max), with a satisfaction rate of 88 percent. However, this marked a decline of six percentage points compared with the previous year. Hulu and Disney+ came second and third, with 87 and 85 percent of respondents stating to be satisfied with these services. While Apple TV+ recorded the highest growth rate during the period from 2021 to 2023, the satisfaction for Netflix dropped the most.
