Projections for offshore wind energy deployment in the U.S. 2023-2032

It is forecast that the United States will install roughly 21 megawatts of offshore wind energy in 2023. New capacity additions are forecast to increase significantly in the coming years. As of end of 2022, the United States had only 42 megawatts of installed offshore wind capacity.
