Prime shopping center retail yields in Czechia 2020-2022, by city
The prime retail yields of shopping centers in Czechia remained largely unchanged in the observed period. Prague's shopping centers increased their retail yields by 0.25 percent and reached 5.5 percent by the third quarter of 2022, while Brno's shopping center retail yields remained unchanged at 5.75 percent.
